A wonderful hotel with very affordable prices. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The owners were also very kind and hospitable. The breakfast was generous and delicious, offering a great variety of options. There is convenient parking directly across the street, with shops and restaurants all around. The beach is just a two-minute walk away. I highly recommend this hotel for your vacation.

I have visited this hotel dozens of times over the past few years. I have been impressed by the wonderful hospitality of the owners and their responsiveness. The prices are reasonable, and although the rooms are not large, they are comfortable and clean. The small kitchens are fully equipped with everything you need.

The rooms are not very large, but they have everything you need and are new and clean. The hotel is located in the village, just a few meters from the town center. Nearby, you will find supermarkets, taverns, and bakeries serving excellent breakfast. The reception staff are very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend it.

Perfect location, quiet, rich breakfast, and a friendly host. Close to the beach and the town center, with good prices. We stayed at Villa Alasitas last year and at the hotel this year, both with the same host. We will definitely come back.

The staff were exceptionally polite, and the owners were friendly, welcoming, and professional. The hotel is in an excellent location, right next to the beach in Katerini and within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. The only improvement I would suggest is adding a shower curtain in the bathroom. Other than that, it is a very good hotel that I would happily recommend.

Wonderful stay! I highly recommend it! Very clean and quiet. Excellent service, with the rooms cleaned daily and the bed linen changed every two days. Towels are changed daily or as often as you need. The staff are very friendly. If I could, I would give it 6 stars!

A beautiful, modern, minimalist hotel that is exceptionally clean. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. The location is excellent, just a few meters from the beach as well as the shops and restaurants. An excellent choice that I would definitely recommend.
